At First Tee - Central Florida, we’re Building Game Changers by empowering kids and teens through golf. Our Events help sponsor the Programs we offer. Take a look at our most recent events.


Central Florida Cup 

February Event

Five member teams enjoy 27 holes of competition!  Played at stellar locations on a rotating basis adds to the uniqueness of this event.  Teams commit to a minimum $5,000 donation which includes a continental breakfast, players gift, lunch, heavy appetizers during the awards ceremony and drinks. 



Masters Watch on Masters Boulevard 

April Event

All the Augusta action and then some! Watch your favorite players in the hunt for their green jacket while bidding on auction items, participating in a Hole-in-One raffle, and enjoying backyard games.  Ticket price includes appetizers, soft drinks, beer, wine and seltzers.  



Winter Park Amateur Championship Sponsors

May Event
Presented by the City of Winter Park.  Sponsors support the mission of First Tee – Central Florida as Amateurs play 9 holes on Saturday and on Sunday. Sponsorships range from $4,000 to $400. 



Swing for the King

September Event
Four member teams compete in a Shamble Format at Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club.  On course competitions are included. Team sponsorships, non-golf specialty and hole sponsorships are also available.  Dinner the night before is included for team sponsors starting at the $5,000 level.  



Johnston Family Golf Day

November Event
Hosted by Orange County National Presented by Whiting Turner 
Families enjoy a 9-hole round choosing between the morning or afternoon tee time,  to enjoy golf as a family sport and yummy pizza donated by Andy Rosen and Celebration Restaurants! First Tee Coach Megan Johnston welcomed players with a heartfelt message about golf shaping her youth and providing a career she loves, and her hope for her own daughters’ access to the game.



Final Drive on Course

Event
Foursomes comprised of an Ambassador (donor) and their new to First Tee guests, enjoyed lunch donated by Jersey Mike’s and a leisurely round of golf. On each hole was signage sharing a fact about First Tee – Central Florida to educate participants about the positive impact we make on kids and teens.  The experience was rounded out with heavy hors devours in the clubhouse during a presentation by First Tee staff who were once First Tee kids, one of our teens who is a Youth Coach, and a mom sharing how First Tee is a safe haven for her girls after tragically losing their father.  Generous donations were made helping our chapter finish the year strong!



Heat Check at Topgolf Orlando

December Event
Enjoy a family friendly experience “Where Everyone Can Play, Whether You Golf All The Time Or Have Never Swung A Club!”  Bay Sponsors form teams of four players to compete Topgolf style for the Heat Check Cup and bragging rights!
