This year’s Swing for the Kids at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club was a tremendous success — bringing together community leaders, supporters, and golf enthusiasts for a memorable two days of fun and philanthropy in support of First Tee – Central Florida.
The event kicked off with a lively pairings party and fireside chat hosted by Lauren Thompson, who led an inspiring conversation with special guest, Ian Poulter, about the power of mentorship and the lasting impact of youth development through golf. Guests enjoyed an evening filled with stories, laughter, and a shared commitment to helping young people build character both on and off the course.
Tournament day followed with a shotgun start, featuring a full field of teams ready to play for a purpose. Players competed for top honors and celebrated camaraderie — all while raising funds to support local youth programs.
